A True Ray of Sunshine!
A stretch of road near Coopers Elementary has been adopted in memory of a special soul and ray of sunshine, Christal Lane. Together with the Nash County Sheriff’s Department and other local agencies, our staff will help keep her road beautiful throughout the year.

Get those hats ready! On Friday, September 4, students and staff are invited to participate in our PBIS Hat Day Fundraiser! For just $1.00, students and staff members can wear their favorite hat to school ALL DAY LONG!
The best part? Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping our Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Team (PBIS) purchase candy, prizes, and other needed items for our first PBIS Celebration of the year: the Treat Trail on Friday, October 16!
Our Treat Trail will be a special opportunity to celebrate our bulldogs for the good choices, hard work, and positive behavior they demonstrate throughout the First Nine Weeks. We want to make this celebration extra special, and this simple fundraiser is one way YOU can help!
So, bulldogs, start deciding which hat you are going to wear! Whether it's a baseball cap, cowboy hat, silly hat, or your favorite team hat, we can't wait to see our school filled with hats for a great cause!
